There’s something new in Bangor, that allows folks to buy and sell stuff.
It’s called the Bangor Festival Flea Market.
They have about thirty vendors, besides crafts, folks will find food vendors and live entertainment.
They say the event is catching on and more and more people are coming out to check the flea market out.
The market works with all types of vendors, farmers markets, and even those holding yard sales. In addition, it offers free booth sites to local charities, including Vets with Disabilities, Humane Society, and other charities to help support their cause.
” It’s going to bring in a lot of people who want to buy things as well as people that want to sell their local crafts and items. What it’s going to do is create and empower the city and the local economy by people selling their stuff, instead of people going to the big franchises and buying their stuff there.”
