We wrapped up 2009 by re-designing our website to make it more user friendly and the response has been fabulous. In addition we also completed our research of over 1,500 nationwide flea market events and created a special flea market directory on the site for them:
https://www.tagsellit.com/find/flea-markets
You can search by State and City, and soon we’ll enable zip-code search as well as event name search in the search block.
Professional Package Service: In 2010 we will be unveiling our professional package services along with a newly designed “Sell It” page. This will be a section for business owners to turn to list, promote and sell their inventory. Using the professional package will enable business owners to upload their company logo and provide a link to their website so users can track back for more details. They’ll also be able to receive buyer inquiries and offers directly from the Tagsellit website, which will open a whole new business gateway for corporate users. This section will be free to start with and users can upload up to 100 items to their virtual storefront. The sales will never expire, rather it will be up to the seller to manage and edit their inventory as necessary.
Individual Sellers: Sometimes it takes a long time to sell something, so keeping in mind “one person’s trash is another person’s treasure,” we’ve extended the length of time an item is posted on our site to 30 days. Sellers will still need to be responsible and manage their items as they sell, but if they forget to delete them after being sold, we’ll remove them automatically.
Consignment ShopsThe flea market directory has been very successful and we’ve decided to vertically integrate our services and create a directory of consignment shops. We’ll keep you updated on our progress. If you or someone you know would be like to be included, pleas feel free to Contact Us
Tagsellit Blog: We’ll be inviting guest bloggers this year to join us in building the most remarkable garage sale blog on the net!
