For me the saying is true, “someone else’s trash is my treasure.” I love the Goodwill because it has a collect of worldwide life perspectives in one location, where as at the mall, I have to go from store to store from location to location in hopes to find what I want. The best part is I am not breaking the bank. I literally can come out with a bag full of useful merchandise for less than twenty bucks.
Being that I am a laid back girl who is all about a t-shirt and jeans, I don’t waste my time going to the mall and spending fifty bucks on a white tee because it is made by some celebrity or popular by branding name. Instead, my fifty bucks can go to the Goodwill and buy me two pair of jeans and t-shirts.
I know most people think the Goodwill is dirty and used. That is incorrect; retails are not allowed to sell material that is non-resell able to the public. If you are you are looking for expensive items at a garage sell price then hit up Goodwill in the Los Angeles, Hollywood, and/or Brentwood area.
Think about all the time you where at other retails such as the mall and saw an item you needed but it was stained or damaged. The retailer gives you a 10 percent discount with no return policy, whereas at Goodwill you can get the same item at the price of the 10 percent with a return.
There is nothing wrong with bargain shopping and it is fun as well!
